April 2006

…is one of my favorite places in the world, and tonight I got to play a concert there with my team. How amazing is that?! The best part was that there were tons of amazing people there and I can’t believe that they all showed up. It was such a blast. So, to everyone who came out tonight, thank you soo much! You have no idea how much it meant to me. And if you didn’t come out tonight, we are going to be in the Jacksonville area next Tuesday and Wednesday, so check out our schedule on http://www.ctimusic.org and come see us.

We are almost halfway through our Sping tour, which lasts just over two weeks. We have been on the road for a week already, which is crazy to me. In that week we have been all over Illinois, and played for lots of familiar faces and some not so familiar ones too.

Please pray for our equipment, we lost a speaker last week b/c the high cone in it blew, so we are having to be very creative with our sound, but God is still faithful. In the end it only matters how it sounds to Him.

The end of winter tour, that is. And Spring break too, for that matter. So now here I sit, perched on the edge of spring tour. That’s right folks. We are about to embark on our last tour as a full-time team. Weird to think about huh? Probably not as weird for all of you as it is for me.

Spring break was great. I got to spend time with my amazing family and see some dear, dear friends. I even made some new unexpected friends too, so that was cool. This upcoming tour holds a lot of time at home for me, which is good. We spend the entirety of the tour (minus one night) in Illinois, and we are ultra busy. If you are in Illinois or a surrounding state or even across the country, you should come check out one of our concerts. The schedule is posted on ctimusic.org, under the full-time team section.

I have heard it said that people carry a little bit of everyone they meet with them for the rest of their lives. So to all of those that I have met in my short, but full life know that you have helped make me whom I am and for that I am grateful.
